The 5K race will be run on a scenic, USAT&F Certified course (certification pending) through downtown St. Petersburg. See race map.
- Race will start in the parking lot, outside the Trop and finish at Ferg's.
- Post-race refreshments and awards will be at Ferg's Sports Bar.
- The 5K race starts at 6:00 PM.
- Kid's races start at 5:30 PM.
- Overall male and female and male and female
masters awards will be given. - Age group awards will be 3-deep in 5-year increments
from 9+ under to 75+ - There will be a kids activity area set up at Ferg's
with kid sitting available so mom and dad can run the 5K - A "block party" at Ferg's will follow the race with performances by the team bands
First 500 entries are guaranteed commemorative t-shirts.

Athletes for Hearts, Inc. was created to provide financial assistance to families with children in need of medical treatment specific to a heart condition and to fund advancements in medical technology for the treatment of heart disease, with a special emphasis on heart conditions affecting children.
